Register to Audition and Join the Gang!

Our cast are a talented and energetic bunch of Scouts and Guides…
We are always looking for others to join us as we sing, dance and act our way through 2024.
Upon joining the Gang, you will discover that we are a large, friendly and welcoming group of Scouts, Guides and supporters.

Please read the following information carefully, as to ensure that your application process is as smooth as possible.
All members of Adelaide Gang Show are required to be Members of the Scout Association, as either a uniformed member or as an adult volunteer. 
Please register your interest for our 2025 Season through the Myscout Events System.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for Cast, members must be:
  • A uniform registered, and financial Member of Scouts Australia (SA Branch), or Girl Guides Australia.  All Adult Members are required to hold a National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check.
  • 8 years or above at the time of production in September
  • Have participated in and completed all components of an audition.

​Step 1: Register to Audition

  1. Click here to register via Trybooking.
  2. Register and attend an audition session.
Each person attending an audition must have a separate audition booking.
You will receive a confirmation email meaning we have received your booking and we are expecting you to attend for the selected audition.   ​Come along on the day, you won’t need to bring a ticket.

Step 2: Membership Application Process

Visit the Myscout Events Page to complete your Adelaide Gang Show  registration.
To complete your registration you will need to either:
  • Login to Myscout (Venturers, Rovers, Leaders), OR
  • Use the link above with your date of birth and your Scout Membership number.
Please Note:
  • If you do not know your Scout Membership number, you can access it by contacting your Scout Group, or if you have been a Member of Adelaide Gang Show in the past you can contact our Administration Director who will be able to assist.
  • Girl Guides please contact the Administration Director, who will be able to assist you through the registration process.
  • If you do not have a Scout membership number, and are not currently a member of Scouts SA Branch, please contact our Administration Director to see how we can process your application.
All adult members of Adelaide Gang Show and Scouts SA are required to hold a current National Police Clearance, and in line with current State legislation a Working With Children Certificate (we are able to assist with this process).

Step 3: Acceptance

If you are successful in being accepted into the Adelaide Gang Show Cast, you will then be sent a link to register for Operoo (our Admin, Communication, and Health and Welfare system).
If you already have a profile you will be requested to share it with Adelaide Gang Show, alternatively if you don’t have an Operoo profile you prompted to create one. 
Until you receive an email from Operoo through our Administration Team, you won't need to do anything.
